We work with trusted fulfillment partners (DSers and Zendrop) to ensure your products are sourced and shipped efficiently. This allows us to offer competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Australia: 7-15 business days

Shipping Costs
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 USD to our supported countries. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update in the carrier's system.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside Australia, please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
